Verdejo grapes from pre-phylloxera vines almost 200 years old in the province of Segovia. Organic farming with minimal intervention. Project owned since 2013 by the renowned Bodega Pago de Carraovejas. Notes of white fruit, citrus and soft toast. One of the great Spanish whites.
