El Viejo completes the trilogy of red wines from Bodega Matsu, being, as its label indicates, the most mature and barrel-aged wine. Made from very old vines with very low yields, it expresses the typical power of Toro reds together with a unique complexity and elegance. Great cellaring capacity.
