Ibizkus Tinto 2021

Made from old Monastrell vines, selected from different plots throughout the island’s geography. Fermentation in open vats and subsequent ageing in oak and amphorae to give us a fresh and aromatic wine with body and character, a true reflection of the soil and climate of Ibiza.
